Mubasher: Kuwait-based the Commercial Real Estate (Al Tijaria) reported a 20.27% year-on-year profit decline during the second quarter of 2019, registering KWD 2.7 million.

Al Tijaria’s profit went down by 18.4% to KWD 5.83 million in the first six months of 2019, compared to KWD 7.15 million the year before, according to a bourse statement released on Tuesday.

The company ascribed the decline in its profits to the decline in land and properties sales.
